Tacos

Tacos are quite delicious, therefore the economy should obviously run on them. If the economy were directly proportional to the deliciousness factor of tacos, then the economy would always prosper. Now, you may be thinking, "Isn't deliciousness a matter of opinion?". Short answer? No. Long answer? Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. When I'm in charge, Tacos will be incredibly delicious, as enforced by law.
